Now that the ski season is coming to close, it’s time to think about keeping up strength and conditioning through an off-season workout program. Whether it’s in the gym, on a bike, in running shoes, or a combination of things, you have to come up with a plan that works for you and your schedule. In this video, US Ski Team member Ted Ligety shows us what he does to stay in shape after the snow melts.
